Greece

We are planning our HM to Greece next July. We were thinking about going for 12 days. So far, we are going to stay in Athens for 2 nights and 1 day, then Mykonos, and then Santorini. I was thinking about adding one more Island, either Crete or Corfu. Any suggestions?

I book Greek honeymoons all year!!

What i suggest is- to fly directly Mykonos 3nights-great nightlife beach entertainment-4nights Santorini beautiful romantic sunsets you will never see anywhere else...and then from there you can fly to Crete minimum nights i'd do 3/4 nihgts then 1/2 nights in Athens then back to the States-SO many beautiful hotels too. what's your budget like?

We're not really sure about budget. We just want to go on the best trip of our lives! We kind of want to splurge a little without getting ripped off of course and spending more than necessary. Which part of Crete do you suggest? And you def. recommend Crete over Corfu? So far we are thinking about staying at Katikies in Santorini, Electra Palace in Athens, and a Starwood hotel called Santa Marina in Mykonos. These were all recommended by friends who just got back from their HM. Do these seem like good choices as far and you know? Any help would be great! Thanks so much!

i would say those hotels as well, in Athens i usually have them stay @ the Grande Bregtane or the George Palace or the NJV

all the hotels mentioned are 5star deluxe and you will only be satisfied!

the islands you mentioned are in the cyclades and then Crete is south of them...if you decide on Corfu they are located on the west coast of Greece called the Ioanian Islands...which usually visited when doing Kefalonia/Zakynthos/Lefkada...

So i would do Crete...for some reason i like Chania better...my manager returns the 7th...she visited Chania and of course loved it but ill ask her for her expertise~~
