Cinnamon, really? We are Greek and I've never had it in my salad. The rest is right.
You may also enjoy adding diced green bell peppers and some Greek olives.

The best Greek Salad dressing comes from a Greek restaurant in the shopping mall in Commack that has Michael's and Petco in it. You can buy it by the bottle and it's great, even for marinating.
