I don't know, but it's caffinated...aren't you supposed to stop caffeine?

I was just reading about green tea (though not in connection with TTC). It does have caffeine, but considerably less than regular tea because it's less processed. It's probably good for TTC'ing for the same reasons it's good for you to begin with. Lots of anti-oxidants. white tea is one step further - it's hardly processed at all and contains even less caffeine.

ok so i read on the knot that it's supposed to think out your CM and make a nice environment for the spermies to live in! Whether thats true or not....don't know.
