I am kind of upset that they left THAT much hanging...

That really is Meredith's sister. Remember when her other sister was in the hospital having the baby and she was talking about Lexi the sister who was in med school? That's the same girl. Funny enough I think she was the girl that Shepherd was talking to at the bar, the same exact way he first met Meredith! Love Greys! I just can't believe everything that happened this episode!

Cally got Chief resident. Derek was being offered Chief of Surgery. That's the higher position for someone who's been an attending for years.

Yes. She has two, the one who had the premie baby and the med school one, both are/were Susan's daughter's with Mere's dad.

omg!!! what a great show!! alittle mad they left ALOT hanging but it was amazing! I was hysterial when Burke was saying his vows to Addison (sp?) he is such a good guy but i didn't really think yang loved him for the right reasons either

UGHHHH our cable was out all day yesterday so no DVR, and I had to work late, so I couldnt go watch somewhere else, and now they aren't even repeating it today- SO ANNOYING- I HATE RCN!

I'm pretty sure you can watch it on abc.com. I've watched other episodes on there. They usually put it on the day after it airs.
