i watch them as they scan it..but the receipt is as good as garbage to me once ive paid

I separate the sales stuff from the regular stuff in the cart, then I put the regular stuff on the thing first, then the sales stuff.

I usually remember what the sales prices were, so I make sure they show up on the scanner.

I used to have a lil notebook in my purse to write down sales prices and then I would check the receipt when I got home, but I haven't done that in years.

That's me too. DH bags and I watch. I just hate that they screw you so often. Yeah, $.50 isn't much, but considering how often it happens, it can add up!!
