I was wondering where you FH and his groomsmen went to get their tuxes?
FH isnt from LI, and I would have no idea what stores to start at!

we went to Mens Wearhouse, they have them all over so we were able to coordinate with groomsmen and uncles.

My DH didn't live in NY at all, nor did most of the men in our party. However, because of suggestions of several other brides, we went into Esquire Tuxedos in Merrick and worked with Mike there who was absolutely wonderful!
All the men except for my brother and step-father called in their measurements and the tuxes were perfect! The price was better than anywhere else I inquired, DH's was free, my step-father's was 1/2 price! When my FIL wouldn't get professionally measured locally to call in measurements, Mike was still able to have the perfect size tux on hand for him, just from a description of what he looks like!!!! (Amazing, seriously!)
Esquire also has a tailor in the store on the day you go to pick up the tuxes so if there's any need for alterations, they can do them on the spot.
It was seriously one of the best parts of the entire wedding planning process. Totally worth it! Give him a call and you'll see right away why brides are always raving about Esquire Tuxedos! (And they're a vendor here!)
