GROOMS AND SHAVING
ANY OF YOU LADIES HAVE FI THAT HAVE FACIAL HAIR AND FAMILY WANTS THEM TO SHAVE BUT YOU WANT THEM TO KEEP IT? MY FH HAS ALWAYS HAD A LITTLE CHIN STUBBLE AND I THINK HE IS ADORABLE WITH IT WHEN HE SHAVES IT MAKES HIS FACE LOOK HEAVIER AND HE HATES IT.. SO I TOLD HIM TO KEEP IT.. ANY OTHERS WITH THIS PROBLEM..

Re: GROOMS AND SHAVING
Mine has facial hair. I think he looks very young without it. He plans on keeping it for the wedding. Nobody has questioned it. It doesn't matter. Its what he wants & you want. As long as it is kept neat.

My FI has facial hair and he looks gorgeous. No one has complained about it. As long as it's neat. I couldn't see him clean shaven. I have never seen him clean shaving.

Re: GROOMS AND SHAVING
I looked at your profile and I agree with you. It probably elongates his face. Is that a real word? I would keep it. As long as it's neat and trimmed for the wedding. It's your day. What does you FI say

Re: GROOMS AND SHAVING
i love my FH with a goatee and was wondering if it would be ok for him to be un-cleanshaven for the wedding - he is handsome both ways, but I really love the goatee!

Re: GROOMS AND SHAVING
Well, I am definitely the minority here
My FH has been wearing a mustache/goatee for the past 2 years. Once in a blue moon, he shaves it all off for me. For the wedding, I told him he is only allowed the mustache. I want him as clean as a wistle for the wedding. He's not thrilled, but he says OK.
Am I wrong for demanding this? But then again, he wants me to cover my tattoo, so I say it's even.

Hey it is your day do what you feel is right. My parents and in laws have been very good with staying out of the planning because we are paying for it .If he feels comfatable with it tell him to keep it on.
