Grooms Cake? $$$$

About how much do they cost...

If you got one...please share the price (FM if you'd rather)

I'd love one for FH..but $$$ is soooo tight- looks like he may get Fudgie the Whale

Sorry that I don't have an answer to your question, but I had to laugh because we did have a Fudgy the Whale at our RD. Actually we had 2 of them and they were both completely gone at the end of the night.

If I had to guess, I'd say that a grooms cake is about $200-$400 depending on the design and the amount of people it will serve.

I want to get one too but I have no idea what to get. And I want to surprise FH - he really doesn't want me to spend the money on one, but i want to do it for him

I think we paid $170 for ours -- it was a 3-D combat helmet that fed 30-40.

You could probably make that pretty easily yourself..

My sister and I will probably attempt to do a fire truck for my FH....it may look silly- but its the thought that counts!

It looks like a square sheet cake and then the handle could either be made by a sheet cake cut into stripsand put end to end...OR you coud use twinkies- end to end with icing over them

$180 for 3-d Philadelphia Eagles helmet with red velvet/cream cheese filling. Would have been a bit cheaper but that was a special filling. Was a big hit!

Mine was very reasonable, from Audreys bakery, it is only for about 25 ppl tho and its of a book so its also not extremely detailed. But I think there prices in general are very reasonable.

Does this come out at the same time the bride and grooms cake does?

LMFAO!

I could not help but think about Jodi telling the story of Kenny with Cookie Puss LOL LOL!!! Nicole preferred Fudgie the Whale and Kenny liked Cookie Puss and they always got them on their birthdays... Jodi telling that story = hysterical
