I was thinking about getting a groom's cake as a surprise for the wedding in the shape of my Fh's dream car (Acura NSX). How much do these cakes usually go for? It wouldn't be that big, just something small in his favorite flavor. Not many bakeries, actually none that I have researched list their prices.

Re: Groom's Cake
Cakes typically are priced by the slice. $1.50-$3.00 a slice.
Grooms cake is about 50 people so Im guessing $75-$150
But thats just a guess.
Also if you want a specific shape, it may be on the higher end

I priced it out...For a 40 person cake it runs $800 for a specialty designed cake. If you want more info just FM me, i cant put much on here bc my FH is one of the grooms on the site

Re: Groom's Cake
Jeeze sounds expensive and I want it in the shape of a car!! He will ask me how much it costs too and won't be happy with my spending a lot like that. I'll have to see what I can get with the bakery.
