Groom's cake for RD

Does anyone know a good baker who makes unique cakes? My FH is a Dallas Cowboys fan and I'd like to get a Cowboys cake made for him for our RD.

Thanks

Audreys in West Sayville on Montauk Highway. I think there's also a place in Nassau near East Meadow and another one near Merrick or Massapequa. I'm sorry I dont remember the names of these places!
