Hey ladies I want to get FH a cool MET's themed groom cake.
Is there anywhere good in Queens or Nassau (not too far in lol) that you would recc?

I would recommend Dortoni in levittown. I went there yesterday for a deer cake & was quoted $300- I am just not sure if I should do it or not.

That sounds like a lot to me...a girl on here had a METS cake from Aubreys Bakery in Sayerville for 100 it was so nice...but its all the way out in suffolk I wonder if they deliver....

It is high to me too....but when I did a search on here for grooms cakes it seems that is what lot of people are paying...high hundreds. Maybe the deer is harder to make. ???

I just ordered at Sweet Karma in East Meadow. The baker has lots of ideas and pictures, their cake is amazing and they're really nice! I got half a sheet cake with a 3d helmet for about $250. My FH is going to be so excited when he sees it!

I will have to check out that bakery. I just moved to em & hear alot about it.
