If we do get each other something it will be a piece of furniture for the house or a day trip on the HM - something useful and practical (if not a little boring )

I gave him an engagement gift rather than a wedding gift. It seemed to make more sense to me since he got me the ring! I got him a 57 inch HDTV

Being that he has every watch possible,, thats out the window.. so golf clubs. We will exchange at the rehersal dinner

I'd love to get him something but he'd prefer it if I didn't spend any money on him. I might surprise him with a little something...

my FI said exact the same. I told him I would like to get him something that he'd like he said don't bother- how boring!
