FH wants to get his guys something like this as part of their gift. We're in disagreement about whether their first name initial goes on it or their last name initial. What do you think?

I would do whatever you call them most, we are getting similar gifts for our groomsmen, but my FH calls many of his groomsmen by their last names (guy college thing I guess) and some by their first name, we're mixing it up for the initial.
