So...FH has not asked his friends to be his groomsmen. I keep asking him when he's going to do it and he keeps saying soon. GRRR....I need to think about what we are ordering for his groomsmens gifts and its sort of hard to figure out until he asks. How long before the wedding did your FH's ask their friends to be their groomsmen

I'm having the same problem! I've asked all my BM and a few GM from my side, but FH still hasnt asked his friends... Sooo frustrating! He'll feel the pressure soon enough - I'd give him a few more months.

when we got engaged we talked about who we would like to have and i think we asked everyone 3 months later before our E=party

its so funny your thinking about GM gifts and you have so much time I have about 50 days and my FH still has not decided on GM gifts he tells me he doesn't need as much time as I do for everything soooooooooooooo annoying

OMG...I would strangle FH if he did that to me. GRRRR. 50 days isnt enough to get something personalized and have time to spare

we haven't officially asked any members of our bridal party. everyone i intend on having does know i will be asking them to be in it, i just haven't given them the cute little cards i made

My fh didnt ask her groomsmen either i had to ask them for him...he is a PIA when it comes to stuff like that

well, FH asked them in Sept....we got engaged in July, but didn't really secure the date in June until August....so I would say you still have time....it might just seem long b/c your engagement is longer! Guy stuff takes much less time than girl stuff (tuxes, etc.....much shorter time frame!)
