Has anyone ever done colon hydrotherapy? I know Jennifer Aniston and 100 other celebs do it before red carpet events and it takes a few inchs off their wastes. Anyone ever done it?

My girlfriend did it before her wedding and it helped her shed the last few pounds she was trying to lose. I'm thinking about doing it as well!!!

Had a friend do it before a beach vacation. The technician pumps you full of water and tells you to say 'stop' when you can't take it anymore. Let's just say she made it through like 30 seconds before she was like 'NOPE STOP NO NO NO NO MORE!'
She has 3 kids (all delivered naturally without drugs) just to give you an idea of what her pain tolerance is like :)

This sounds terrifying to me and I was in labor for 26.5 hours before having an emergency c section lol
