Yes, I read a book you might be interested in-it's called 'Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About'....He said you should have them too....

is that the new book? be careful. i was watching i think it was o'reilly and the book says that the SUN DOESN'T CAUSE CANCER!!! and he's marketing that to people.
melanoma is very serious and this quack is going to talk people out of sun protection. very dangerous
and the author apparently has 'warnings' throughout the book about seeing a doctor before starting any treatments in the book. that's to prevent any liability for when people get sick from his treatments.
AND he was banned from infomercials because of his claims. he is allowed to market books, but not products. he's banned from marketing products on tv.
**** with regard to 'toxins'... a colon cleanse is not a necessary thing. you don't need to get rid of 'toxins'. if you want, do an enema. they'll definitely clean you out.

Yes, I had to take a bottle of Fleet Phospho Soda. The anticipation of it was so much worse than the real thing. It actually felt great to know it was all clean in there!

Re: Gross question....
The reason they wont let him on tv is because the drug companies dont want to lose money...I know a lot about this because my FIL's are are vegans and holistic...What he wrote about in his book has been proven true by many other people, but unfortunatly they cannot come out so publicly about it because the drug companies and the government have deals....I was just giving her my opinion, and of course there are many different ones and no one have to believe me, but she asked....I must say though, it is extremely hard to follow everything and expensive...Oh, and he never said the sun doesn't cause cancer...He said the chemicals in sunscreen cause cancer-which is also true and that you should get 30 minutes of sun exposure each day for the vitamins.... A lot of people have said that also....Sorry about going on and on, just wanted to give my opinion...And enemas don't clean out everything-a colonic will actually clean stuff that's been stuck up there for years-even lifetimes!!! Eww!

I don't believe a word Bill O'Reilly says. He's the biggest liar out there.
And I think anyone promoting any health solution has to give some kind of disclaimer. If you read Vitamins and other stuff they tell you to consult a doctor and that it's not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease.
I haven't read the book, but I'm pretty sure O'Lie-ly took it out of context. He propably has stock in pharmaceuticals.

Re: Gross question....
It's called colonics...and it's fabulous...Seriously!
For those that say it's for 'weight-loss' that's BS - you lose about 3/5 pounds and that you'll end up gaining as soon as you eat.
I have done it once (two sessions) and I cannot recm'd it enough.
I get it done in NYC, and it's the same place everyone else at my job goes to - gross but so true.
It's healthy, and it's unfortunately thought of as the 'New Trendy' thing to do, but people have been donig it for years.
It's a CLEANSING of everything that's in you.

Re: Gross question....
My friend Gina got it done before she took a colonoscopy test. If you do it, make sure you take a day off of work because you will be in the bathroom ALL DAY LONG.

I couldn't agree with this more! I had a colonoscopy and spent the whole day in the bathroom! Thank goodness no one else was home!
