Grrr seller vent...
Our seller wont let the appraiser in the house without her agent present - their lawyer said that is the way that 'it is done.'
My agent says it doesn't matter, and the appraiser said that they wont even talk to the agent.
The appraiser can't schedule an appointment with the agent, the agent is 'too busy'. The agent has made it known that they don't want to do this, as they have 'more important things to do' so the agent is making it difficult.
It's been like 2 weeks now we are waiting for this, it's holding up the whole mortgage!
