I was putting off booking my HM to Ireland b/c the final payment is due 60 days before departure...which was the same week that my RHs 3rd payment was due. It was basically going to be one or the other...
But, I just got off the phone with my RH, and....
I'm AHEAD of schedule since I changed my mininum... Sooo..there is NOTHING due for the 3rd payment!!!! So, I am going to completely pay OFF the HM and use whatever I have left towards the RH just to keep the ball rolling..
IRELAND HERE WE COME!!
Now, I just need to figure out WHICH itinarry I like the best!!

Going to Dublin to visit my in-laws for the holidays. My DH was born and raised in Ireland but lives in NYC now... love his accent!

My favorite part of Ireland is the west coast (Dingle penninsula, Cliffs of Moher, Dromoland Castle...)

I was thinking of the following...Please let me know if this is worth doing...since you've already been tehre, Pa: Start in Dublin - stay there for 3 nights, drive to Cavan....stay there for two nights, then finish in Belfast for the last 4 nights. That will be a total of 9 nights and 10 days. My family is originally from Northern Ireland, so I think it'll be cool to see where they once lived ... What do you think??

Dani - I've never been to the northern part of the country, but it sounds like a great itinerary. We flew into Shannon airport, rented a car and drove around the west coast for 5 days before driving to Dublin, where we stayed for a few days before flying out of Dublin airport.
