GRRR...Just got back from my hall...VENT & WARNING

My catering manager TRIED to tell me that the 1/2 price kids and vendors DIDN'T COUNT TOWARDS MY FINAL HEAD COUNT!!! I told him that no one had ever made that clear and he is allowing my 1/2 price kids and vendors count in the final...but PLEASE be forewarned and to clarify this with your halls!!

I know that in the contract for my hall it says that the half price vendors and kids are only after you meet your minimum.

My hall made that clear and put it on the contract. Sorry you had that happen, but GREAT that they let it go!!

Sorry I can't give you any helpful advice, but I do thank you for letting me know since I just recently booked. I will definitely check out my contract again tonight when I get home.
