unfortunatley I learned early on in my wedding planning to keep my mouth shut

I told my BF that I wanted to get married 11/05/05- since she was going to book something in September

well - to sum it she calls me a week later and tells me she booked 11/05/05- just like that- as if I never mentioned it

needless to say I am getting married 12/10/05

and I never told her another detail

sad huh?

I had a similar experience with one of our GM's fiancee. She asked me what colors I was doing after telling me she was set on lilac for hers. So, I launch into my plans for color and accent color. Next time I see her she tells me that she is doing my color bc she asked her girls which they liked better and they picked it. Absolutely no acknowledgement that it;s the same color I am having. Same thing with another detail I shared in the same conversation. So - another couple we thought would be really fun to go thru the planning process with, we share no details with. Very sad.

OMG- I would be so tempted to throw one in the mail...

or at least one all crumbled up! LOL

of course your wedding will top hers- especially b/c of the locale!
