GRRRR Honeymoon vent!

UGH so we were planning on going to Europe for our Honeymoon. London for 5 nights and Paris for 2 nights. We were going to get the British Airways card cuz you get buy one get one free tickets and they do cheeper rates for card holders. So.......I put this together

Roundtrip airline tix for 2 for 1600.00
premium tix to Les Miz one night for 216.00
4 day British Pass 115.00
5 nights at the Hilton London Bridge 1100
2 nights Best Western Aida Opera Paris 305
round trip Eurostar tix 200.00

I think thats pretty darn good for a week in Europe and hes freaking and telling me that we cant go on a honenymoon at all cuz we wont have the money to pay for it RIGHT now. I told him that when we get the money from the wedding we will pay it off and he freaks out!!!

Wow! are your FH and mine friends? Me and FH had that same conversation about going to Italy.

But I do think that is very good price. Its the airfare that jumps it up rediculously.

you are completely right. my FH and I are chargin the honeymoon (the only thing we are putting on the credit cards ) and you def should do it. plus the longer you wait the more expensive its going to be!! good luck and dont let him stree you out to much. remember they dont have brains!

awww I'm sorry! that is an amazing trip for a really good price- maybe if you show him what some packages go for- try talking to him again.

that's a great price for Europe. I would personally do more days in Paris and less in London. there is more to do in Paris. JMO

lol just getting 2 days in paris was a jump for him. he doesnt want to go anywhere!! the only reason we can go to paris is that we can go see things that were in the davinci code!

I applied for the BA card so well see what happens when they send it out in the mail if we get it or not.

my mom even offered to pay for it and well pay her back but it makes me mad to have her do that all the time
