grrrrr got our first no!

so ffil invited some of fh's distant cousins, they know each other but are not too close

they called ffil over the wknd and said

'well we never met jeannette (me) so we're not going'

how FLIPPING RUDE, NO?

i got their NO response in the mail today.... no gift, nothing, no note

i wish i had not spent a $7 invite on their a$$

urghhh I feel the same way about my godfather!!!!

we should have saved our pretty invites for ourselves rather than waste postage on these people.

That is SO rude!! I can't believe someone actually said that to you! wow!!

All they had to do was just send the card back saying that they can not attend, etc. No need for them to insult you or your FH..wow..i'm appauled that people actually behave that way. I'm so sorry your feelings were hurt...

Talk about rude!!!! At least al you spent was $7, and not $150 plus for a free meal and drinks for them if they actually attended the wedding!
