Lauren-Call ahead and just ask the manager for a large table (I believe that is all Kathleen did last time)- depending on the size - see if you can get a few large roung tables instead of the squares.

For those who have never been to a GTG - you will have so much fun!!! I'll be showing up a little early cause I drive out from Stony Brook - but at my first GTG, Hollie was nice enough to let me know what she was wearing, because I had never met anyone before and for that reason I was able to meet up with everyone. I'll post what I'm wearing, but also look for the LIWBride that has a sheets of label tags with her!!!

Lauren - Thanks for pulling all of this together!!!

For the newbies....usually we meet by the hostess area, there is also a few benches as soon as you walk in, we can assemble there.
