Guess...

...which lazy b!tch finally went to the gym today??? lol I spent two hours at Bally's. I was suprised that I could do about 60-80 pounds on the leg machines with about 3 reps of 15-20. I plan to go back on Saturday, lets hope I can walk tomorrow.

I'm glad I could inspire you! I have been working out at home but figured I'd finally utilize this membership I'm paying for! lol. Good for you joining WW, I know many people do so well with that program.

That's GREAT!! I hope you put heating pads on ya tonight!! The first time I went back to the gym.. I couldn't extend my arm out and I couldn't walk!!! I wont even tell you what I looked like!!
It was bad.. you don't realize how much you are going to hurt later on

I live in Brooklyn but I can go to which ever one I want. I went to the one on 6th ave and 19th in Manhattan.
