I live in Brooklyn but I can go to which ever one I want. I went to the one on 6th ave and 19th in Manhattan.

YAY!!!! I finally got my lazy butt in there too this week

Thank you all. I know you can do it if you decide to.

I went to the gym again today. I drove to the one closest to the apt. I really haven't been too sore and I actually used a workout log today wo I know what weight to use and then I'll know when to increase. I finally tried the ellpitical today and I stayed on for 33 minutes and burned 250 calories. I could have gone longer but I had already been at the gym for 1.5 hours and figured I should leave while I still felt good and could drive home. I plan to go again on Thursday.

You're doing great! You actually inspired me to work out today. I spent 45 minutes walking on the treadmill. I'll do more tomorrow and I'll try to eat healthier starting tomorrow as well. I can't start eating healthy tonight because I have a party to go to.
