Guess this is my something that went wrong

So I got my sand ceremony set and I had ordered it to be engraved with our monogram. The set has 2 smaller decanters and one large one... the large one is supposed to have FH's last name and the 2 smaller one's were to be engraved with our first initials so when I purchased the item on ebay I put my first initial, his last initial, his first initial... in that order and instead I got a small decanter with my first initial which was correct, but they switched FH's first and last initials - so the large decanter that is supposed to be in the center has his first initial and the smaller one has his last initial.

I went to the vendors site and it says no returns on custom/engraved items. I'm hoping they reconsider since clearly there was a miscommunication. I thought I was clear, but I guess maybe I wasn't. I am really concerned that they won't take it back... then what am I going to do with this set? And then I'd have to reorder a set with the correct initials! I really don't like ordering custom stuff on line... I know some people do a lot of it and have no problem, but it's so easy to have mistakes and then what? I'm going to lose sleep over this... I actually wanted to go back to the same vendor to order the sand since Michaels and AC Moore do not carry the colors I want.
