Guess what I heard today

I was at my FMLI house this afternoon and I heard the Bridal March being played live on the radio. It is from an opera called Lohengrin and it is by Richard Wagner. My FMIL loves opera and she listens to the Metropolitan Opera live every Saturday PM. She knew it was part of this opera and it was written in 1860. Girls, it was the real deal. With trumpets and organ music.. it was really nice. I even stayed to listen to some more. Fh was into it too. I never knew it had a history, so I wanted to pass it on to you.
