Pedestals is giving my M'D florist paper - so that at the end of the night the servers can wrap the calla lillies up and send each women home with a bouquet of about 5-10 calla's (depending on how many women are at each table)

yup - the centerpieces will have about 30-50 callas (depending on what size vase I go with) so figure about 3-6 women per table - so they should get a nice bouquet if they want one

I REALLY LOVE THAT IDEA!!!!!! I wonder if my florist would do something like that. I doubt it though I want lower centerpieces.....hrmmmmm

That is great! (FYI - if your florist is not willing to do, simply get rolls of celophane (SP?) and ask hall to do for you.)

That is a great idea! I was at a wedding where they did that! I was out on the dance floor and when I walked back to the table to get my stuff to go home there was a little bouquet for me!!! I loved it!!!!

I agree jenn,,it's only paper/celophane. You have to have arrangements that you can do that you can take apart though (long stems)

My florist did that at my wedding. Our centerpieces were called break away's where at the end of the night everyone went home with a bunch of my flowers. WE had 20 centerpieces and by the end we had 5 left.
Everyone loved the idea and my flowers stayed another entire week. (so I had heard)

a distant cousin of mine did this and it was one small bouquet per couple.....it's a great idea!
