Guess what we just did!!!

After 2 hours of meeting with our lawyer, FH and I signed our contract for our house!!!!!!! We are now poor after putting down the down payment, but it feels so good! Now we are just waiting for the other side to sign later in the week and we will officially be in contract. Woohoo!!!!!

Thank you very much! The house is in Holtsville which is kind of where I am from...I'm from Lake Grove and FH is from Holbrook, so we aren't going to far!

Congrats! I so know how you feel...FH and I just signed Monday, and the other side signed today! So exciting, though! Where did you buy?
