After 2 hours of meeting with our lawyer, FH and I signed our contract for our house!!!!!!! We are now poor after putting down the down payment, but it feels so good! Now we are just waiting for the other side to sign later in the week and we will officially be in contract. Woohoo!!!!!

Congrats! I so know how you feel...FH and I just signed Monday, and the other side signed today! So exciting, though! Where did you buy?

Oh congrats to you too!!! We are just holding our breath until the other side signs!!! We bought in Holtsville, where did you buy?
