MY SHOWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was at the Sunset Harbor and it was GORGEOUS and I truly was SURPRISED!!! My parents outdid themselves and threw me an uneblievable shower...The place was beautiful...the room was beautiful..all the food was delicious and all the little extra touches by my mom were perfect and the guests were the best part!! I had all my family and friends there and there was a total of 105 people at the shower. I got such thoughtful and GENEROUS gifts. The entire day was a big blur and very overwhelming...The only advice I can give the girls who avent had there shower yet is make sure you enjoy every second of your shower..it does go by so fast....I had alot of gifts to open so they had me start opening gifts within the first 20 minutes I was there...and then we took a break and started opening some more and then took a break and then started again....it did take a long time to open all of my gifts and I made sure to acknowledge every single gift and the person who gave it to me. Later on after the shower so many people called my mom to tell her what a beautiful shower it was and also that it was so nice that I did make sure to acknowledge every one there and appreciated every gift. I have been to many showers and noticed that the gift was just opened and then passed on..I wanted to treasure every second....
I will post pix's tomorrow because I havent had a chance to download the pix's...
I am still in shock at how generous everyone was and how I got every thing from both registries except a couple of accesroies from my china.

I LOVE Sunset Harbour! My wedding was there. Which room was your shower in? (was it to the left or right?)
I'm also cracking up because your shower was bigger than my entire wedding!
Awwe, that so sweet. I'm glad you had a good time and received such generous gifts. I'm Italian too and if my mom had her way I would've had that many people too.

Your house must be PACKED with boxes everywhere! Mine was, and I only had maybe 30 people at mine.

YOU have no idea what the room we put all the gifts in looks like!!!!! 6 trucks were packed by the end of my shower...
There was a wedding in the room to the right.....thats usually the room we have our parties in,,,it was my first time in the room where my shower was....I will definitly post pix's tonight..
Before I got there my mom had odourves passed out...she had the baked clams, stromboli, shrimp, calzones,quiches, calamari, kabobs, chicken, mini pizza's,meatballs..and they went to every table so that every one had a chance to taste...I tell ya the service was unbelievable....I was upset that I missed out.....

I have a very large family, so any kind of an affair is like a small wedding...
The Sunset Harbour is beautiful and the service is outstanding..
