FH and I were thinking of having wine bottles with different anniversary on them and having our guest sign in metallic markers. The only problem is we got the idea from FH cousins wedding. We don't want to seem like were copying.

Us too! Where are you getting the ink pads & how much should you get? Also, where/how are you displaying it? Ours is rolled up so we will need to straighten it out. Not sure where or how to display it...

Re: guest book ideas
Our guest book is going to be a picture of us with a white area in the frame for people to sign.
This way we can put it up in our apartment and not end up in a drawer like a traditional guest book

I think we are getting the ink pads at Michael's or something like that. We are figuring 5 - 6 ink pads (doing 2 - 3 different colors). We are displaying it right by the door to the reception so people have to walk past it lol. My brother is going to build a frame and we will put it on an easel.

We're buying a white guitar and having everyone sign that! It's very significant to us because we're musicians and it's because of the guitar we met. (long story)

Im using Shutterfly also. They're having a mother's day sale now. Their guest book is really cute. You can put how you met and other cute little pages

I saw an idea on Pinterest I think that I'm thinking about doing.
You put a sheet of paper at everyone's seat and they need to right you a tip or wish for your anniversary that corresponds with the table number. (i.e.Table 1 - 1 year anniversary, etc.) You put all the sheets in a book and it serves as your guest book.
Do you think that's too much to coordinate?

We got it on Amazon for $28. I want to make a little sign to go next to it that says 'thanks for coming, We love you to pieces'. People either love it or think it's really cheesy. , lol.

Oh that's a great idea! Yeah I think I'll get a frame and an easel for it - just dont wanna spend money on a large easel to use once lol but it will look nice. I gotta check out Michael's, might be a sale. I'll look up coupons online too lol
