Re: Guest List
I am using the guest list in here, it sends everything to an excel or mailing label sheet! I really like it. My mom used it for shower guests too, she really likes how in order it keeps everything!

Re: Guest List
Honestly, I did both. I did an excel spread sheet and then I made up index cards in an index card box w their names and phone numbers etc. On the back I wrote what people gave us and things sent and stuff! I was too afraid of my computer crashing!

I suppose Im old fashioned in this dept.
I did my guest list handwritten style
Millie!!!!!! Scott is laughing his as# off. He's hitting the screen saying he's high fiving his fellow old school senorita.
HI FIVE BACK TO MY NEW BUDDY!!!!!
He just said Ron& Liz I do believe you need a new icon. I think he is high tonight. Perhaps from working so many hours. It's funny he knows the name of the site creators.
OMG! thats too funny! I wish my FH was as into this site as he is

Re: Guest List
I use theknot.com's guest tracker. I printed a bunch of those out so I have hard copies.

Nah he's not really into it...it's said more in jest. Then again he was loving the Bridal Extravaganza with the food, wine, and chit chatting it up with Barbara from Flower Michele. She thinks he's a ham! Plus, he was loving my winnings of the night.

Re: Guest List
Just thought I'd pop on to remind you that you have all these utilities built right into this site, and more!
You can input all your guests, track the RSVP's, gifts, configure your A/B/C list (C list is for declinations), seating chart, setup your time line, email all your guests at once, download everything into an excel spread sheet, write your engagement announcement (or have our staff writter make it for you) and have it appear on the site, build your own wedding website, etc.
You can also input all the vendors you want to see, set appointment and call back date/times, keep notes, etc.
Click on 'My Wedding' (after logging in).
All The Best!

Re: Guest List
I have an excel spreadsheet that FH set up. He is crazy organized he has spreadsheets that list everything we spend. This year when we re-did our budget he told me 'last year you averaged $52 a month on fabric, so this year we'll budget....' 'what how do you know that??'
Crazy how much better that works than to throw all of my recipts in my purse until there too many and then just toss them.... Without him I'm sure our guest list would be notations on various slips of paper all over the house

I created an excel spreadsheet.
I did this also. I created a column for the bridal shower guest list, names on the inner and outer envelopes, etc.

Re: Guest List
We have everything logged on an excel spreadsheet on my desktop so we can easily both have access to it and update. When I was first engaged, I bought myself a planner and there are pages in that to help keep track. If you'd prefer to keep it off the pc, try a wedding planner. It'll be easy to keep track using that and less likely to misplace it or anything... i think.
