Guest list...

OUr min. number for the reception hall is 165. We have the guest list at 220. Do you think we will be OK?
I dont want to add people just to add them...but I also would rather have people there then paying for empty seats!
What do you think?

it is so hard to figure out, normally they say to expect 20-30% with no responses.

I am so afraid of this too. Our minimum that we have to guarantee is 275 and i really DONT want to go over that, now i dont mind if we are just a tiny bit under but dont want to be too under either lol. I keep going back and forth with being scared we'll have less people or be over our minimum lol.

So far my ratio is scaring me a little with being over our minimum lol

I see your count there on your pic! I know what you mean, and its so hard to try and even guess, b/c who knows!!!! YIKES!

it is so hard, ive seen ppl on here who get lots of no's others who get very few no's, its so hard

hahaha ill let you know if in the end it is what they say that 20-30% say no

i hear there's a 10-15% no statistic. i have no data to validate this!
