guest list

how did you girls type up your guest list? How can I type it up somewhere that I can use it to print labels etc..??

yep - excel is the easiest. you just export everything into a word doc and print!

Excel...you can export it to word and then use the label printer on there.

We used the application on the wedding channel website. That way we could each access it and put the correct info in (since we are currently living 6 hours apart, and I drew the line at me getting and logging the addresses for his friends!). You can upload there from excel, and export the final list to excel. They have a layout that you can download and use to fill out- this is set up for the importing into Word.

For the STDs, I will import the excel file into the Word envelope setup for printing.

we did our guest list on excel and I've also uploaded it to our WeddingWire.com account since that is where we will be doing the seating arrangements (they have a pretty cool program that makes it a little easier)

I used microsoft word to type out all the addresses. then I used thelabel example from the website they provided.

I have mine on excel... i can email it to you and you can use the format.. and when you print address you just tell them what cell to print.. ( can walk you through that part once you fill in all info)
