I did. I ordered my invitations online and downloaded their template which I was able to upload for them to address the envelopes. Quite a process actaully lol. And now, my envelopes are all addressed and i'm dealing with people moving and couples breaking up lol. So annoying. 'People stay where you are and be happy in your relationship until after 2/15!!!!!'

I started in excel and am just adding addresses and updating it as I go so that it's already there once I'm ready for it because I plan to send the excel sheet to a printer to print the envelopes for me.

I used excel to create the list for all our guests which helps keep count. I plan on using the number of slot they are located at and write that # on the back of the RSVP card which will make it easier down the line when I get them back. I already started typing addresses on word for my side atleast.

I am using Excel as well. I have all the address's in it. I also added categories to keep track of when I send out invites, get response cards back, table seating etc....

I have an excel sheet with 3 tabs - his list, my list and our engagement party. I also had a column for the engagement party where I wrote out what gift each person gave us so I could mark it off for my thank yous. It was also helpful in adding up $$ because I've been keeping a separate excel sheet for that as well.

Yes I have a seperate spreadsheet that lists all our engagement gifts and another tab is for all the deposits we have made in our joint wedding account and have another tab for all our vendors..how much the total for each vendor is, how much we have paid to date and balance! Trying to keep organized!

excel sheet, 1 tab, different columns for things like names, addresses, who was invited to/showed up for engagement party, gifts given, etc

I have our whole guest list on one tab, but I color coded for my family, his family, friends, etc. I have to start updating it for addresses tho.

Has anyone used the guest lists on the knot or wedding wire?

I used the guest list on the knot...it was really easy and I was able to export it into excel...works great for me!

Stupid question: how do you include everyone on one tab? I get to like 30 lines and it wont let me add anymore names!

Yea I just used excel and made my own spreadsheet, its easier and I can put it on a USB and carry it with me if I need to

I did this too! It is awesome. You can also track when you send the invite, the response, and gifts on there. All of the data can be exported to excel with the click of a button
