Guest List

Currently I have 178 potential guests, ~50% out of town... I aim to have 100-125 as a final count. Initially I was thinking if I send out 150 I should be safe, but now I have second thoughts. I am about to send out save-the-dates so I am trying to figure out how to work it.

What has been your experience with responses and out-of town vs. in-town ratios? How many do you think I should send?
