Guest List in Excel question

FFIL can do calligraphy so he's writing out my envelopes for me. I have my guest list in excel right now. I want to print them out each address and name, I'm thinking in word, exactly how he needs to write it to avoid any confusion..

Is there a way to transfer the excel into word in address form? it can be just one address block after another.....

I'm pretty sure if you save the excel spreadsheet as a 'CSV' file, you can do a mail merge in word. Use the Mail Merge Wizard to guide u through the steps. This should allow you to print out exactly how you'd want the calligraphy done. That's if you're using Office 2007. HTH!

You can do a mail merge. No need to save it as a CSV file. It should work as long as each column has a heading.

He's handwriting out the envelopes for me though... I was wondering if there was a way just to have each address block after another on a sheet so he can see them all separately how they should read.

Or do I have to type them all out

You can definitely do that.... Just add a column on top with each field you want seperated.... FM me with the questions..
