the knot also offers table seating and thank you's sent/not sent.

I just cant figure out why when exported its duplicating some of the records! Ugh. this stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ETA: Does anyone else here use the knot for the guest list that could possibly give me some insight on what I am doing wrong? TIA

If there are duplicates, there is a feature in excel that will only show unique records by doing an advanced filter. Then once you get your filtered list you copy and paste the results into a new workbook.

To get rid of the blank lines, you can sort and then go to the top/bottom and delete the blank lines at one go.

I just use excel on my own, it works better for me,but I know what you mean it happened to me when I exported from the knot...it's a little strange, but you have to pick the headings you want to export....

Did what I suggest work? It should take care of duplicates and blanks.

How many guests do you have for each name? I think I remember it exporting a line for each guest.
