I have tons of cousins who are all married. I'm not very close to almost all of them. Since we are having a small wedding (80 people max), I was thinking about only inviting those that I am close to - those who have actually played a role in my life. The problem is, one family has 4 bros./sister all with wives/husbands. I only want to invite one of the sisters and her husband and my 2nd cousin (their son who is my age). Can I do that? Her family is the one I'm close with. The others I rarely ever see and never speak to, but they are her brothers... What do you think?

Re: Guest List Question
I would be pretty hurt if my sister was invited to my cousins wedding and I wasnt.

Re: Guest List Question
I think it is your day and you should invite who you want to be a part of your wedding. Were you invited to their weddings? Brides to be have enough to stress about, do what you want.

Re: Guest List Question
I have 30 plus first cousins. I'm only inviting those that I'm fairly close with. I'm inviting 1 cousin from a family of 7, but I don't think the other 6 would feel like they were slighted plus she is my dad's goddaughter. If I saw all the cousins on a regular basis than I would reconsider inviting all of them, but I see them once a year at the family picnic, so I didn't feel I would upset anyone.
