Re: Guest List Spead Sheet
well, i'm useing a database (microsoft access) cause you can do all soughts of wonderful things. My sister used word for the list and printing envoples and what not. Excel would be handy but then you couldn't use it down the road (if you want to print evnolples)
It is a good way to keep track of things like gifts, thanks you..etc
Just make some columns like name/address/city - what ever ya like and make a column on guest count

Re: Guest List Spead Sheet
We used Excel. THe column headings were first name, last name, address, phone number, number of guests, table number, invite sent, rsvp received, etc. We added on columns as we went along. It was easy to sort and I was able to pull the names & address info into MSWord to merge & print envelopes. It was pretty basic but if you want to see it, I can email it to you this evening (it's at home).

Re: Guest List Spead Sheet
I would also recommend theknot.com if you don't have Access, or the time or inclination to build a database. You can enter everything into user friendly fields and download the results into an Excel spreadsheet or a file that you can do a Word Merge with.
Good luck!

Re: Guest List Spead Sheet
My spread Sheet is on my parents computer. I just used Microsoft Excel. It was the easiest way to create a list of the people with their addresses.
