If 137 is your total glist, remember that probably EVERYONE isn't going to show up. If you want to keep your # at 100 then create and 'A' and 'B' list. Invite your musts (A list) and if you can down the road, then invite ppl from the B list.

So, you've decided to go with Westbury Manor for sure? Did you figure out what you would do about ceremony and times?
So I have to iron out the creases but it looks so far like a 8-1:30am wedding. We shall see, I really love the hall and it's hard to compare to WM right now for me.
Is your Minimum 100? You should always invite over what your minimum is. That's only like 16-17 couples not coming. I was told to invite about 20 couples over my minimum.. and do you have a lot of out-of-towners? We have 165 on the guest list but our minimum is 120. We are def going to do a B list but we have so many people out of state we don't think we're going to go over by too much.
I didn't realize how quickly the numbers would go up on our guest list! We figure about 150... but our list is at about 225...and that's not including his firehouse-which is an all or nothing deal. So there may be about 60 more to be added. NUTS!
I totally hear your pain... We hammered out the list and got 187.... we wanted to keep it to 150!!! after some hard cuts, we finally got it to 167. But i still need to cut a few people and i don't know who. This really blow. If i can get it to 160 we will be happy.
I'm the opposite! I wanted about 125, then my minimum went to 175 and now I'm nervous!! My list is about 225 now so I'm hoping I'll make the 175 (bc it's a holiday weekend)
We figured we would have about 175...our list is now at 232!! Yep just 232 of my closest friends!
Are min is 190 and we have 235 on the guest list. I think everyone goes through the stress of meeting their min or not wanting to have to many.
My min is only 100 thankfully! I think when we last did our glist it was about 140 if we invite everyone. Ive been budgeting the RH at 120 ppl so if we come under that is better for us!
Minimum is 175..were inviting 260. Hopefully we'll be good.
Our minimum will be 150-175 but not ONE person I invite will say no. They are ALL our family. It's so crazy every time I think about it. We have two tables of friends and one table of bosses and they are coming too! I'm not complaining but I knew making the list to count on every single person and that made it even harder because I didn't want to leave anyone out because I love them and its just plain rude. But man, I thought I could get away with a 100 person wedding. I hear you on financial stress!
Our minimum is 150, were inviting 191, but we have a bunch of OOT so Im starting to panick that we wont make the 150 mark now!

We are sending out save the dates to people on the first two lists and the 3rd list is like our B list if we need more people to make the min.

That sounds smart! OMG Im gonna do that also. I know its a rough draft, when I ask my dad and Aunt hey will have more to add to the list. Grrrr
