My RSVP date was on May 1st (personally I did this because I know I will still receive some a few days later- which is fine with me). Well it wasn't fine with fh because he started calling people on April 30th I told him to give them some time. Well apparently one of the GM's brothers overnighted his RSVP and when I noticed the postage he almost spent 17.00
I feel so bad I am going to say something . Did anyone have any similiar stories?

Re: Guest Overnighted RSVP
It aggravated me when FFIL called the 4 of us ladies (FH has 3 brothers) a few days before his sister's daughter's shower rsvp date to see why we had not rsvp yet. At least wait until the day after that date. IMO, I think it is rude. I also think it is rude for people that don't rsvp. My daughter is having a big 10th party and 20 of 30 people didn't rsvp, so I called the day after the rsvp date, otherwise I generally wait a few days but so many didn't respond.

OMG What exactly did FH say to him? Even if he sent it regular mail you probably would have had it in like 3 days. Watchout for Groomzila!
I am making him sound like a big bully- he just asked the GM to find out if his brother was coming or not
