NEED TO VENT!!!!!!My friends warned me that when it came time for guest responses that it would be the most difficult time of the planning process and I have to say they were right. I can't even begin to tell you that 13 days before our wedding some of our guest still have no idea if they are coming or not. Thank god for an amazing RH, they are 100% understanding and said I can pay for any extra ppl the week before the wedding. Sorry for the vent!!!

I feel your pain.. people are just plain rude sometimes.. they think ' oh.. I have plenty of time.. I'll do it tomorrow'.
I planned our annual Christmas party , that would have upwards of 400 guests. EVERY year.. literlly 2 days before the deadline, I would have to send out emails to remind people to RSVP.. I would have like 100 people only.. and KNEW people would start.. .. 'Oh.. is it too late' bit. I mean.. please.... I have to give the hotel a fricken head count.. GRRRRRR... I would get so mad!!!

I hear ya, girl!! We are still waiting on people as well! I had this whole week off from work and I couldn't even do the place cards b/c I am missing people! Annoying, but son't worry...with or without these stragglers we will have amazing weddings!!!! YAY APRIL!!

You are nicer then me. I told them if I don't get an answer they don't come. My friends all responded on time. It was the other side that didn't. But we have all the responces in time to hand in the final count.

People are so dumb about RSVPs. It already has a stamp!!!! How hard is it to write your name, make a check mark and put the d**n thing in he mail.

Tell me about it. I have 29 days till my wedding, and CLOSE family members of my Fh STILL haven't responded and they live in our town, or on LI. The nerve of some people PURE RUDENESS!!!!!

I know what you're going through, we put tuesday as our RSVP date, as of now only 90 out of 170 people have responded. Somehow I doubt I'll get 80 responses in the next 2 days.
How hard is it to stick an envelope in the mail that already has a stamp on it!!

Grr....I havent sent out my invites yet..but Im not looking forward to the responses..simply because of what you just said...people just upset me..how hard is it to say whether you are attending or not..grrr
