Guest shuttles??

Hey ladies,

So I am trying to book my wedding day transportation and was wondering what was/is your timeline regarding shuttles for guests and limos for you, FH/DH and BP??

Our ceremony starts at 630PM so I was thinking this:

230PM- limo pick up me and my girls at hotel & take to RH
3PM (give or take)- limo drop off me and my girls at RH and goes back to pick up FH and his GM
330PM FH & GM get dropped off at RH then pictures

not sure what times I should do for my guests.... should I do 2 shuttle pick ups or 1? If 2 what times? Also how much did you pay for shuttles?

How far away is hotel from RH if that's where guests are coming from? I'd probably start the shuttles at 5:30 or 5:45 latest if it's less than 30 minutes to RH. I have 2 coach buses that will leave the hotel at 5:30ish to get to my RH (same start time as you and about 30 minutes from hotel). There are a few coach bus companies that can do a few round trips included in the cost of one bus.

My RH is about 20 - 30 minutes also, but my wedding is on a Friday (which is in the middle of rush hour) so I feel like I need to leave some time for traffic but I dont want my guests to be there TOO early you know??

Perhaps you should talk to the hotel sales manager. A few work with shuttle companies and could give you a cheaper rate than if you found them yourself.
