Is anyone having a bus or shuttle transport guests between ceremony site and reception hall? Our church is in Queens and the reception hall is on Long Island so I was thinking of providing transportation for guests. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I wish I could afford to shuttle my guests. I might see if I can provide a shuttle from the hotel to the RH but that would be the only thing I could provide...price out what can be done before booking anything. Also how far is your church from your RH?? sorry if I'm not much help..

thanks so much for the reply! You are a help. It's about a 30 min drive. But yeah, I think price is a huge factor for us too!

We are in the same boat..Church in Queens RH in LI
We are not providing transportation between (except for BP & parents). We are waiting to see how many people stay but we will probably try to get a shuttle between the RH and hotel
