Guest Tree...Thoughts?

Cute? Silly? Will guests be annoyed by having to stamp their thumb in ink? Not sure if I dig this......but intrigued by it. I think it would make an awesome momento and look really cool in a frame. Especially good for fall weddings! Thoughts?!

It is really cute...but I would not want to dip my thumb in ink when I am all dressed up. Can you find a way to use the same idea that is a little less messy?

LOVE IT!!

My brother had it at his wedding and it was a hit!!!

He had around 110 people.

It wasn't a mess and the bride left out baby wipes next to the 'book' to sign so you could use those to clean. It wasn't a big deal..it's only a little ink on your thumb,

TOTALLY DO IT!!

My friend had this at her wedding, everyone loved it!!! it looked gorgeous and was really different, They had a cup of water so u could get the ink off pretty easily :)

I just got one of these! it is so cute and i love that it is different. i dont think ppl will mind putting their thumb in ink lol its not like paint, it wipes off easily. we are going to leave baby wipes next to it lol :)

ETA: if you are super concerned w/ the ink, i saw some on etsy where instead of ink they provided little leaves that have adhesive on the back that guests can sign :)

what about a sticker or something cleaner then a stamp

I made my own and had it printed on Shortrunposters.com (18x24') but you may not have enough time.

I plan on having everyone 'leaf' a fingerprint as they take their favors at the end of the night. Going to have an attendant from the BP or someone from the RH coordinate this b/c I figured people might not want ink on their fingers the whole night, but if I get them drunk enough they will HAHAHAHA

FH thinks it is a stupid idea but I love it and guest books are overrated (i always feel like im at a wake when i sign one) and people forget to sign them. My best friend's wedding was this weekend and 10 people of her 150+ guest wedding signed the geustbook. HTH!
