Hmm what kind are you thinking of making? We made ours-well we have two. We made the one in ym album under DIY but I am working on a new one because that one was one that was already made and I just covered it, but I didnt realize at the time that it only had room for people's names and addresses-not fro well wishes.

What I am doing now with the new one is covering an 8x8 scrapbook with ribbon and paper like the first one. Inside I will glue our engagement pics-one to a page and then people have room to write around them. Its fairly easy to do the cover. I just am not wrapping the ribbon to both sides-only doing the front. Hope that helps.

If you go on walgreens.com, they have memory/picture books in their photo section. They are super easy to make and they come out BEAUTIFUL! You get to design the layouts, so you could have pictures of you guys and you could write whatever you want...quotes, things about the two of you....and then leave the opposite page blank for people to write on. You could also buy a scrapbook from Michaels or AC moore and personalize your guest book

You can have a variety of binding done at Kinko's - I know they do spiral and comb bindings - I think theyhave other options too.

I bought a book I liked (but didn't like the cover) and I'm making a fabric cover with home dec. fabric and embroidering our names and the wedding date on the front - my mom has an embroidery module on her sewing machine - but there are also places where you can have the embroidery done, if you don't have access to a machine (call local quilt shops, they will probably be able to recommend a place)
