Re: Guestlist

I have an excel spreadsheet with the following columns:
name
address
phone number
# of people invited and # attending
if invites were sent out
RSVP received
table number
what gift they gave me
if thank you cards were mailed yet.

Re: Guestlist

I was thinking excel too, but in talking with the reception halls, some of them are children under 6 free, and they'll give a discount for teens because they don't consume alcohol.. this means $$$$$$$$$$$$ saved... I should add columns for those I guess.. what do you think?

Re: Guestlist

Yes you can split the number of attending into 2 columns, adults and children

I also have everyone's name listed and the following colmns:
STD Sent

I used a spreadsheet and I also used a copy of the the address labels & checked each guest off as their response came in.

Re: Guestlist

You can actually set it up here on liweddings.com and then export the data into Excel.
Just click on My Wedding and then Wedding Guests.

I'm using The Knot website. It has so many great options, including gifts received for engagement, shower and wedding and date they were received. Check it out.

I agree with this . . . it might be the most useful thing on LIW (except for the boards, of course!!!) Printed labels, etc., working on chart, you name it . . . . that function on this site is great!!
