How many guests is everyone having at their wedding? I know that everyones situation is different but I was just wondering what everyone's numbers were.

oh, goodness. our list is at 400. i have a huge family...i thought that a lot of overseas people wouldn't come but everyone's saying they're coming...which is great, but

About 245-255 all in all. We're expecting about 210 to show...since not ever does EVERYONE show... FH has a LARGE family... Mine is only about 35 including kids!!

We are having 100 at around 200+ a head. We decided to have a small wedding and spoil the guests
Everyone in his family has done the 400+ big italian wedding so we decided small and intimate.. :)

Our A list includes about 90 guests, but we will wind up with 75-80 (we know certain elderly guests cannot come but they are being invited anyway, and we have a small B list just in case we dip too far under 75 which is our minimum).
It is a bit easier to predict who is coming when you are only expecting about 75 guests, because most of the guests are family and friends you speak to frequently and they have known about the wedding since day 1 and already have planned to come -- I guess for like 90% of our guests, the invites are just a formality!

The list of invitees as it stands right now is at 147. That's going to go waaaaaaaay down because I'm completely eradicating my C list and half the B list. FH has the majority of the list, and I'm sure if FMIL hears I'm cutting, she'll add more. We're hoping to just meet our min of 125 and have that be it.

o girls ... what started out as a wonderful simple day ... ENDED up becoming a huge huge event! and even tho this might not be huge for some of your girls ... its huge for me!
we spoke to both sides and figured we could guarantee 200 ... after sending out save the dates we are inviting 280! What the heck am i going to do? Im hoping for a lot of no shows since its a holiday weekend. Is that mean? haha 280 AHHHHHHHHHH
